• A nominated director/senior account executive to deal with all major losses
• Pre agreed loss values where automatic appointment of a loss adjustor occurs
• An approved repairer network for motor losses anywhere in the UK/Europe
• Panel of UK wide contractors with a remit to being work straight away
• Pre-approved suppliers to replace or repair machinery, plant and IT equipment within 24 hours of loss
